REFUND POLICY

Our primary policy is satisfaction with our customers and teachers. We offer full refunds on all courses or virtual trainings within 7 days of the first day of the course. Customers may contact the administration in case of error in their bill before or after the transaction. Parents or students has to cancel any class or session 24 hours before the scheduled classes. Otherwise, the class will be counted in the monthly bill. Refund will be issued within 5 business days after receiving the approval of refund from the administration of Khirokom Inc Academy. In almost four years of service, we did not face a single issue with any customers in terms of billing or refund

DELIVERY AND RETURN POLICY

We do not sell any goods or products in our website or in our system. It is mainly for courses and trainings for our students.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Customer may cancel any course or training within 30 days for a full refund for any future classes. Beyond 30 days, cancellations can be accepted with acceptable reasons given by customer to the administration of Khirokom Inc Academy. If you face any issue at any moment, please do not hesitate to contact the administration.
